interior design
At Mindframe, interior design isn’t an add-on—it’s part of building design.
We design the interior and the building together, from day one, with our in-house team.
No outsourcing. No handoffs. You get one point of contact, one coordinated process,
and one team accountablefor the whole vision—so decisions happen faster and the project stays aligned.
Interior design = interior architecture
This is more than colors and finishes. We design the details that shape how the home lives: custom cabinetry, stairs and railings, built-ins, hidden doors, custom vanities, and clean architectural integrations. We also plan elements that affect structure—lighting layouts, ceiling drops, shade pockets, reveals, and other features that must be designed early to be executed beautifully.
Most projects get stuck because interior design shows up too late.
Once the structure is set, great ideas become compromises—or expensive changes.
We prevent that by designing the structure to support the interior.
Sourcing + custom fabrication, planned early
We work with a deep network of suppliers and fabricators for stone, tile, plumbing, lighting, hardware, and millwork—including international sourcing when it makes sense. We also create custom designs made to our specs. Many items have long lead times, so we plan and order early to keep construction moving without pauses. Interior design is so critical that it typically takes 2–3× the effort of building design. As Marton often says: the hard part isn’t designing the building—it’s designing the interior.
Faster builds by locking decisions
before construction
We make decisions easier with photo-realistic 3D renderings, clear options, and real samples.
And we don’t start construction until the interior is defined. During permit review (often 3–6 months), we finalize the full interior package—cabinetry, appliances, plumbing finishes, tile, flooring, lighting, electrical, and the hundreds of small details that make the home feel intentional. When construction starts, it’s smooth: no scrambling, no delays, no guesswork—just execution.
