Construction

Mindframe is a true design-build firm. We design and we build—under one roof—so there’s no handoff, no translation errors, and no “that’s not what we meant” moments. The same team that creates the plans is responsible for executing them, which makes construction smoother, faster, and more predictable.

Built to the budget

Because we’re the builder, our incentive is simple: design it in a way that can be constructed at the agreed budget. Details are developed with real-world sequencing, materials, lead times, and constructability in mind.

Clear execution, daily oversight.

Our field team doesn’t guess what a drawing means—we wrote it.
Even when a detail isn’t explicitly shown, the intent is known. Marton stays closely involved and is on site regularly to ensure the build matches the building design, interior design, and landscape vision.

Mostly in-house crews

Most work is performed by MindFrame employees, not a revolving set of subcontractors.
We bring in specialty subs only when it truly adds value. Our crews are long-tenured—some have been with us since the beginning—because we invest in our people and build the MindFrame way: proven methods that are fast, cost-effective, and high quality.

Constant momentum.

MindFrame job sites don’t stall. Because we self-perform so much of the work, we keep moving instead of waiting on subs. Fewer gaps means fewer mistakes, less rework, tighter schedules, and better cost control.

Professional management, low-stress build

We run projects with strong project-management systems and consistent communication on schedule, milestones, and budget. The big decisions happen during design; construction is execution—so owners aren’t dragged into daily firefighting.

Complex projects, done right

We build everything we design: new homes, major remodels, additions, ADUs, basements, second stories, pools, and high-detail interiors—including modern systems like HVAC/air quality, lighting, shading, automation, and premium appliances.
One team. One plan. One accountable builder. That’s how we deliver high-end projects quickly—without surprises.
