Building design
Fast. Structured. Decision-friendly.
We run a tight, predictable design process—weekly meetings, weekly progress.
Each cycle builds on your feedback, so plans get better every week and decisions don’t stall.
We also make choices easier by pairing floor plans with 3D renderings and budget guidance.
Many firms stop at plans—but plans alone are hard to “feel,” and different layouts can carry very different costs. We present clear Option A / Option B paths with visuals and budget direction, so you can choose confidently before construction, not after.
What we design
New Construction
Want a true dream home? New construction removes the constraints of the existing structure. We design tear-down/rebuilds, basements, and second stories, maximizing layout, light, and livability—while staying grounded in zoning, setbacks, height limits, and buildability.
New homes are also the most durable and efficient—and in some cases more cost-effective than an extreme remodel.
additions
Need more space but like your home? Additions can be the cleanest solution.
We design additions to blend in—or intentionally contrast—and we minimize unnecessary disruption to the existing house (because tearing into finished areas adds cost without adding square footage).
Remodels
Our remodels are often full-home transformations: layout changes, structural work, new plumbing/electrical/lighting, and complete interior upgrades.
You keep what’s worth keeping, improve what isn’t, and get a “new-home” experience—often faster than starting from scratch.
Adus
ADUs are a core specialty—attached or detached—for family, guests, home office, or rental income. We help you pick the right strategy, navigate the constraints, and design an ADU that feels like it belongs.
